Delete your Schedulosity account

It is yours to close, any time, from the app or the website. Your login and personal information are erased within minutes, and it cannot be undone.

  • No call, no waiting period, no questions asked
  • Signed out everywhere the moment you confirm
  • An email receipt, and another when it is done
In the app or on the web

The same three taps on iOS, Android and schedulosity.com. No separate request needed.

Gone within minutes

Your access ends immediately; the erase runs right after and emails you when it has finished.

Can't log in? Ask from here
We email the address you enter, never anyone else, and the reply is the same whether or not it is on an account. Or write to contact@schedulosity.com from that address.
What is deleted
  • Your login and password, and every saved sign-in on every device
  • Your name, email addresses, phone numbers and home address
  • Your profile photo and the photos you uploaded
  • Your saved payment card and payout account details
  • Notification and device registrations, including push tokens
  • Your availability, shift preferences, surveys and personal settings
  • Your copies of emails and texts we sent you
What stays, and for how long
  • Employer records — shifts worked, availability, attendance, applications and pay stay with the employer that holds them, with your name but no login, contact details or address, for as long as that employer keeps its schedule. Deleting an account is not quitting a job.
  • Payment records stay as long as tax law requires.
  • Messages you sent stay in the conversation with the sender shown as Deleted User.
  • Backups — nightly database backups expire within 30 days; a monthly copy within 13 months.
The full detail is in the Privacy Policy. Questions: contact@schedulosity.com.
Remove some of your information without closing your account

You do not have to delete the whole account to take something out of it. Everything below is yours to remove from Settings at any time, and it is gone the moment you confirm.

Phone numbersSettings → Phone → the number → Remove. Employers you work for stop seeing it too.
Email addressesSettings → Email → the address → Remove. You keep at least one so you can still log in.
Home addressSettings → Address → Remove. If an employer asked for it, you can decline instead of providing one.
Profile photoSettings → your photo → Remove photo.
Saved payment cardSettings → Payment Methods → the card → Remove. Nothing about the card stays with us.
Availability, preferences, notesOpen the item on your Calendar or in Settings and clear or delete it.
Anything you cannot remove yourself — a message you sent, a photo attached to a conversation, a shift record an employer holds — email contact@schedulosity.com from the address on your account and say what you want removed. We answer within 30 days; employer records follow the rule above (they belong to the employer, with your contact details taken off).
